Cancel/Change Order Page

To ensure production and shipment are not delayed, orders will be processed once placed. Therefore, you are free to cancel/change your order within 24 hours of placing your order for any reason. After the specified time, we will no longer be able to cancel or change your order. If your order is shipped out, we cannot make any changes/cancellations to your order anymore; however, you can submit a request to cancel or change your order.
